Because of our competitive prices, and medium inventory selection we do not accept refunds at this time. However, we gladly accept returns for exchanges. All items are inspected before shipping so we guarantee a product in perfect condition.

* All returning items must be sent back with Signature Confirmation. We cannot be responsible for items that are lost in the mail on the way back to our facility. 

  • Exchanges

    Your unworn, unused item(s) may be exchanged within 21 days after you receive your item. Buyer will cover shipping cost for exchanged items.


  • Payment Returns

In most cases, exchanges can be processed in 7 days after items are returned, processed, and inspected. Please write your name, address, email address and order number on a separate piece of paper.
